Payment, Shipping and Refund Policy

Track my order

When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email indicating the tracking number and carrier for your order. You can also, by logging into your account, consult the "My Orders" tab to access the status and tracking number of your current orders.

If your order contains multiple products, delivery may be made in multiple packages that will be delivered to you on separate dates, within a period of between 1 and 12 days.

Modify or cancel my order

Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. If the products you ordered do not suit you, you can return them.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any defective product. The product(s) must be returned complete in their original packaging, accompanied by instructions and a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, or soiled by the Customer will not be refunded.
